I have email. Why do I need Studio Mail™?
If you are currently sending out mass emails to your clients, you are running the risk of being flagged as a spammer. This means future emails you send may never reach the recipients. All of our delivery servers have been cleared by many of the larger Internet Service Providers, including AOL and Yahoo! Mail. Our servers are also integrated into the spam reporting systems for other large ISP's such as Hotmail and MSN.
These arrangements ensure the best chance of your emails being delivered and also allow us to keep any sender not following best practice off of our servers.
How long does it take to set up an account?
Normally within just a few business days.
After requesting an account, why can't I immediately use Studio Mail™?
Since some people want to use a system like ours for spamming, we require manual set-up to ensure our users agree and understand our anti-spam policy.
Why do I have to go talk with someone for set-up?
Similar to the question above, we would like to speak with you about your email campaign needs and make sure you aren't going to be a spammer.
What about support?
After logging into your account, there is a great deal of helpful information accessible through the "Help" button in the upper-right of your account. In addition, you can email us with questions or problems via our Studio Mail™ contact page found here.
Can my newsletter look like my website?
Yes! That's just one of the many adavantages of Studio Mail™ vs. the normal email you send everyday. When your emails look more professional, you and your business look more professional.
What if my recipient's inbox doesn't accept HTML formatted email?
Not to worry. Studio Mail™ auto-generates a plain text-only email as you create your HTML email.
When do I pay?
Since there are no monthly fees, no reccurring fees, you only pay after you have created a campaign and are ready to send it. Once you reach that point, you'll be prompted to pay with a valid credit card.
What are my payment options?
You can pay with a valid Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.
