Our servers have been cleared to send emails.
All of Studio Mail™'s email delivery servers have been cleared by many of the larger Internet Service Providers (ISP), including AOL and Yahoo! Mail. Our servers are integrated into the spam reporting systems for other large ISPs such as Hotmail and MSN. These arrangements ensure the best chance of your emails being delivered and also allow us to keep any sender not following best practice off our servers.
We monitor blacklists, a.k.a. banned lists, daily.
Studio Mail™ monitors hundreds of the most common blacklists each and every day. If a server is ever listed (and it can happen to even the most well behaved permission based email servers), we remove it and resolve the issue on behalf of you.
Unsubscribe links in every email.
Every email sent must contain a single-click unsubscribe link allowing any subscribers to remove themselves quickly and easily. You always want to give people the option of opting out. If not, they might report your mailing as spam ... and that's never good.
